Terms of Service

1. Service

CleanLog ("the Service") is a bathroom facility management platform provided by Fimula ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, payment processing, and invoicing under their own terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refund requests are handled per Paddle's refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits (we will contact you before taking any action).

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CleanLog. We claim no intellectual property rights over your cleaning logs, location data, or uploaded photos. We may access your data only for support purposes at your request.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for damages arising from service unavailability, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fimula disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain. You may export your data before termination via the GDPR tools in your account.

9. Changes to terms

We will notify you of material changes to these terms via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
